With a 20-year career in the VET sector, I have been fortunate to undertake the entire gamut of roles, from administration, compliance, facilitation, learning design and development through to senior management . This includes work with RTOs big and small, including family run businesses, and TAFE. As well as, collaborative work with large local and international corporate organisations, such as CommBank, GM Holden, Ford Motor Company, RMIT, La Trobe University, Flinders University and more.

Passionate about all types of education, I committed to a learner-centred approach.

Having personally delivered training, coaching and mentoring to over 300 professionals here in Australia and overseas; and leading over 25 audits, I know exactly what it’s like to be sitting on either side of the desk.
